{"id":827,"date":"2011-10-05T10:40:49","date_gmt":"2011-10-05T14:40:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.myfinancialfocus.net\/mainsite\/?p=827"},"modified":"2025-08-24T06:39:01","modified_gmt":"2025-08-24T10:39:01","slug":"whats-all-the-hype-about","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.myfinancialfocus.net\/mainsite\/index.php\/whats-all-the-hype-about\/","title":{"rendered":"What&#8217;s All the Hype About."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In between clients today, I have had an opportunity to keep up with the Apple events announcing a new iPhone and a new operating system. \u00a0For those who know me, I am very excited about this new iOS5 system and its capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>While I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new system, I am amazed at all the hype going on over Apple and its products. \u00a0For what seems to be weeks speculation has grown trying to anticipate what would be announced. \u00a0There is nothing wrong with that, I might add, and I actually am impressed with how Apple does it. \u00a0Many could learn from their marketing techniques.<\/p>\n<p>However, are people not aware that the world is crumbling all around them? \u00a0We are on a financial cliff &#8211; here and Europe. \u00a0A presidential election is getting underway. \u00a0The Federal Reserve chairman told Congress today that we need to spend more and not cut spending or we are in trouble. \u00a0(As a side note, I wonder if he is personally in debt up to his eyeballs?) The Supreme Court may hear Obamacare. \u00a0So much more&#8230;.
