{"id":611,"date":"2011-03-02T10:05:13","date_gmt":"2011-03-02T15:05:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.myfinancialfocus.net\/mainsite\/?p=611"},"modified":"2025-08-24T06:39:06","modified_gmt":"2025-08-24T10:39:06","slug":"what-are-you-doing-with-your-refund","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.myfinancialfocus.net\/mainsite\/index.php\/what-are-you-doing-with-your-refund\/","title":{"rendered":"What Are You Doing With Your Refund?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For many Americans, the season is upon you of receiving the joyful tax refund, \u00a0Regardless of the fact that you lent the US Treasury your money and they are not paying you one penny of interest, you are so excited about that check that is soon to be on its way. \u00a0Now &#8211; what will you do with it?<\/p>\n<p>In so many cases, your monthly financial needs have been neglected because you were enabling your employer to withhold more than needed. \u00a0Now that you have the money on the way, you are going to reward yourself by buying something that you most likely do not need. \u00a0 Not you?<\/p>\n<p>What about those who borrowed on a credit card to make ends meet while their earnings were being withhled so that they could receive a check of &#8220;forced savings&#8221;. \u00a0How did that work for you?<\/p>\n<p>Finally, there are some who over withhold because they are so afraid of what &#8220;might happen&#8221; if they do not withhold enough.<\/p>\n<p>Regardless of your circumstance, many will recieve their refunds over the next few months. \u00a0Will you be one of them?
