Most of us want to succeed. \u00a0We want to be successful. \u00a0We want to accomplish something. \u00a0I have met very few who did not. \u00a0There is one thing that is often the missing link when we do not succeed as we could. Discipline. \u00a0Truthfully, true<\/span> discipline is the key to success.<\/p>\n

It really does not matter what area you look at in your life – discipline can help you achieve what you never think you could. \u00a0However, you must be disciplined. \u00a0Sounds funny, does it not?<\/p>\n

There is a quote that I have on my desk that says this – “Discipline determined my destiny, not my desire.” \u00a0Desire will get you so far down the road before it fades. \u00a0Your direction and desire, pushed by your discipline, will make you successful<\/p>\n

While discipline has been on my mind for sometime, and I am always helping clients become more disciplined, a man who I look up to had a great blogpost today on discipline. \u00a0Michael Hyatt<\/a> is arguably the best leadership mentor that so many are following\u00a0to learn and grow from. \u00a0His blog post from today is one I am sharing with you because you, like me and so many more, need discipline in our lives.<\/p>\n

Michael talks about discipline in so many areas of our life. \u00a0My focus is personal finance. \u00a0In any of the examples he gives, you can insert personal finance or any other desire you may have.<\/p>\n
