This pre-screen allows them to send you offers and, as many find out, they are simply offers and no guarantee of credit.<\/p>\n<p>You can opt out of these pre-screens and not have offers sent. \u00a0This does not last forever and my experience has been about a five year length. \u00a0Over the last few months my household has been receiving offers again and I will, today, call and remove my information. However, now you can select the option to be permanently removed from these offers.
