Dr. Henry Cloud is one of the best authors on relationships. \u00a0In this book, he focuses on boundaries for leaders. With education and examples, Dr.Cloud lays out significant keys for leaders and those who aspire to be strong leaders.<\/p>\n

Leadership is more than vision. \u00a0Dr. Cloud shares both the negative and positive boundaries (“property lines”) for positive growth in organizations and in leadership. Further, Dr. Cloud shares that “boundaries define and shape what will be and what will not be.”<\/p>\n

One of my favorite sections is what is titled, “Leaders Foster Connection and Unity”. \u00a0When you really stop and think that is leadership in a nutshell. \u00a0If there is no connection and there is no unity it is eerily mindful of a leader who has no one following. Building the connections and unity helps establish the needed boundaries.<\/p>\n

Human behavior is part of every organization. \u00a0This book helps define and build positive boundaries while marking the negative boundaries.<\/p>\n

My favorite statement, “good leadership boundaries diminish bad behavior…”<\/p>\n

This book is a great and easy read for every leader who aspires to build a solid, productive organization.<\/p>\n
