This past week has been a little unusual in our household. \u00a0My wife had surgery on Monday and is on the quick road to recovery. \u00a0While it may not have been considered a major surgery, any surgery is major to me. \u00a0Thankfully, she should be back to better than normal real quick.<\/p>\n
In the meantime our family and friends have been a real encouragement – especially our church family. \u00a0Our extended family is scattared several hundreds of miles from here and have still been an encouragement with their regular calls. \u00a0Our church family has really went above and beyond. \u00a0From the visits, to cards, to calls, to prayer, to food – they have been over and above what anyone could imagine.<\/p>\n
For the last four days they have been non stop with food for our family. \u00a0Lisa even said that the neighbors were going to think someone had died from all the cars and people carrying food! \u00a0Where would we be without our church family’s? \u00a0 If you are not part of a loving church family, you sure need to be!<\/p>\n
